ABB China ranked one of the top in best employers survey

Based on the survey to 65 participating Chinese and foreign-invested enterprises in China, the Top Ten Employers was evaluated and ranked in terms of their overall merits and employee satisfaction level. The joint survey results showed that ABB ranked one of the top ten on the list of best employers in China.

Employee Opinion Survey covered a variety of issues on the company, such as employees' commitment, job satisfaction, communications, compensation and benefits, leadership and management effectiveness, as well as working environment. The survey is conducted in anonymity. Watson Wyatt is responsible for the individual collection, process and evaluation of the employees' feedback forms. Fortune China and Sohu are responsible to publish and communicate the result of the survey in the country.
