Shanghai, China, September 10, 2003 – ABB, the leading power and automation technology group, has delivered a Distributed Control System (DCS), safety system and fire and gas system to control the production process on a newly built Floating Production Storage Offshore (FPSO) vessel for China National Offshore Oil Company.
The scope of supply consists of an ABB Advant control system, two Safeguard 415 safety systems, S100 I/O, S800 remote I/O and four Advant operator stations.
