Xiamen, June 30 - ABB Xiamen Switchgear Co., Ltd. (CNDMX) today announced for the production of its 10,000th ZS1 switchgear panel. It becomes another historical milestone for our company, said Mr. John Yung, General Manager of CNDMX. Together with other 140 switchgears, this symbolized panel will be used in Tianjin Nanjiang Coal Wharf #3 Substation project. Mr. Yung added in his speech.
A celebration was held in the workshop on that very day. In John Yung's speech to the staff and guests, he thanked for their long-term hard work and great support. On behalf of the Company, Mr. Yung presented a specially-made certificate to the Tianjin customer, guaranteeing for free panel maintenance of its life time. He opened champagne together with the customer in warm applause.
Mr. Bern Muhe, China Operation Manager of ABB's medium-voltage switchgear business area, also attended the celebration. In his address, he set a high value on CNDMX's great performance during the past seven years and encouraged the staff to speed up and think about the new product what must be introduced to the market in order to be a head of the competition for the next period.
